We accept returns/exchanges for all items within 14 days of purchase.
In the event if you want to change your mind, simply send back the unwanted items and we will issue you a refund/exchanges. Please note, the Return Policy only applies when:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging in perfect condition;
- You will cover your own return shipping cost;
- The purchase value of the returned product will be refunded but not the original shipping costs if applicable.
- All exchanges products will be cost $10 flat rate of shipping costs for each item.
- All items must be returned within 14 days from receipt.

- Send your unwanted item back to our address in Sydney, along with a copy of your invoice;
- Once we receive the products, and upon inspection, we will organise a refund/exchanges.

Warranty
In addition, all products come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty. If a product becomes defective within 24 months, we will cover the cost of repairs or send out a replacement.
If the model purchased is no longer available, we will exchange it for a replacement of similar value.
Our warranty does not cover mishandling by the user, e.g., accidental damage, misusage,mishandling,defects caused during delivery or third-party usage. If there are defects caused during delivery, please claim to the carrier as soon as possible.

- We recommended that you keep the original packaging, i.e. boxes, as that will make it easier for us to dispatch a courier to pick up the defective item;
- Please send the invoice/receipt and warranty card with the products
- Once we receive the products, and upon inspection, we will organise a repairs or replacement;
